A little about myself. My name is Mike Fleiner and my life’s passion is helping others become their best selves. The 50- something man you see in this picture above (and my three-year old self to his right) is the evolution of a small, shy, introverted young boy. A very late bloomer, I was invisible to most of the world until I made it to college. And the effects of almost two decades of disempowering programming made those 20-years challenging but ultimately rewarding. It really allowed me to look inward for my value, rely on my faith to get through the hard times and still do all the necessary work of subconscious reprogramming…by creating new empowering identities, beliefs, stories, skills and behaviors.
What did that look like? Tens of thousands of books, articles, YouTube videos & podcasts, dozens of online classes and mentoring from industry leaders. But no certification(s)? Yes…but why? Because there is no certification for what I teach. For me, the power of the mind and manifestation is real…through every picture I imagined, has mostly come true in some way, shape or form. Finding the woman I was meant to be with, having three amazing kids and simply being blessed with the abundance I have, has left me eternally grateful. And in the last ten years (as I’ve refined my understanding of subconscious reprogramming), things have gotten even better. Through the encouragement of a friend, I was given ‘permission to become’ an entrepreneur and creator of Switcch and the Inside-Out Alignment® program. Coming from a hopeless place to one of unlimited opportunity, I know myIkigai is to help people become their best selves….through empowerment, authentic self-confidence, happiness, joy, alignment and goal achievement. It’s all about alignment
Alignment is defined as the proper positioning or state of adjustment of parts in relation to each other. The two parts we focus on aligning around are our conscious wishes and desires (what we want) with our subconscious habits (how we get what we want). Only when they align do our rates of success increase dramatically. And we know how to do it.
Obstacles are “gold”
One of life’s greatest paradoxes is that what you think holds you back will (almost always) move you forward. If you believe an obstacle cannot be overcome, guess ‘who and what’ shows up in your life? People and situations that support those beliefs. On the contrary, if you believe you can overcome an obstacle, people and situations will equally show up to assist in moving past the obstacle.
